Hello!
I'm Carol Vinz and I thank you for stopping by. I'm a watercolor
artist living in the mountains of Colorado. Because my studio is
in the mountains, I'm surrounded by the beauty of nature in
the landscape and in the animal life. Flowers grow abundantly
in the surrounding area and Spring and Summer offer many
possibilities for painting them and the mountains in their full
glory. This wonderful place, and many other places I've been,
provide inspiration for the many paintings I've done.
I have enjoyed many art workshops and classes. The work of
other people always trigger ideas of my own and I can't wait to
get them down on paper or canvas.
Occasionally I paint in oils or acrylic, but watercolor has a
transparency I find exciting. I know my work will grace any
home of office in which it is placed.
